When you use Cabin, we collect:
- Conversation data: The messages you exchange with aspects during sessions
- Observations: Patterns and insights the system identifies from your conversations
- Account information: Email address (if you create an account for Premium)
- Payment information: Processed securely by our payment provider (we don't store card details)

- Usage data: Session frequency, feature usage, general interaction patterns
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Log data: IP address, access times, error logs for debugging
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Cabin dialogue experience
- Maintain persistent memory across your sessions
- Synthesize patterns from your conversations
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related communications
- Ensure security and prevent abuse
We do NOT use your personal conversation data to train AI models. Your introspective content remains yours.
3. Data Storage and Security

Conversation data and observations are stored in secure databases with vector embeddings for semantic memory retrieval. This enables aspects to remember context from previous sessions.

- Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
- Free users: Session data retained for 90 days of inactivity
- Deleted accounts: Data permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request
- Anonymized analytics: May be retained indefinitely for service improvement

- Export: Download your conversation history and patterns
- Delete: Permanently remove all your data from our systems
- Correct: Update or correct your account information
